Exotico | Looking for something a little different?
More eco-friendly, impossible!
Exotic is a Geisha varietal with a honey process and is organically produced in the mountains of Acevedo Huila, Colombia
The honey process consists in leaving the mucilage in the beans. As a result, farmers used considerably less water because the washed stage is skipped.
The type of variety, the way it is produced (less water), and the honey process (which consists of allowing the beans to ferment in a controlled way with its mucilage) allow coffee lovers to enjoy a perfect combination of sweet and sour. This coffee expresses notes of stone fruits such as peaches, plums, and Lychee.
